There are no two alike. Each one is unique in it's own way. Some a little bumpier, some smoother, some are funny looking, some have a more red/sandy color on them, some are blacker because they have more iron hemitite on the outside. It has been said by researchers the Moqui Balls contain 15.2% iron which is amazing and the major constituents are iron and silicon. The iron concretions have a thick glue like layer of iron hemitite that is evedently just like a super, super hard glue that surrounds the quartz sand grains.
