Pets, politics/world issues, psychology issues (depression, emotional problems, addictions) and related problems, self - esteem, jealousy to name a few. Ask a question if you would like to, sometimes it is hard to start. Questions help get your thinking, write down on paper so you can actually see what you need to work on.

2. No, curse words, no F words, no profanity of any kind.
